        I have an unlimited wash plan. Im at the car wash maybe 3 to 4 times a week. Before going completely through the car wash. You receive a pre-soak as well as a brush down. While brushing down the back of the tailgate. Employee broke the camera as I was watching the digital review mirror. After going completely through the car wash. I went to talk to the employee. I was told to fill out a form which I did. The employee informed me that he will send the form off. He would not give me a phone number to call. He told me to wait for HIM to call me back NOT a manager. Employee made it very clear that no member of management whatsoever will call me back. Randy is the employee name. I also have that on video recording. Ive been very patient with this situation. As of right now my digital review camera is completely broken. I dont understand why I have to deal with an employee and not upper management it makes no sense. All of this happened on July 31 at 8:15 AM. The time is now 8:57 AM. I will be posting an update to see what happens from here.
