Efficient Trucking

I am no longer a employee for Efficient Trucking but I was employed in the office for over 10 years doing payroll and paperwork so I feel the urge to respond to a unjust rating that was left. “David Martinez” you were never a employee of Efficient Trucking, if you were then you’d know how they work. They pay from start time @ job site to finish time, as do most dump truck companies. They are proud to offer drivers with medical insurance of their choice, They have different plans to choose from, so your information is incorrect. As far as Preload’s go they always pay every load whether it be a preload or not, so once again that information that you have given is incorrect. They are a growing company and have been in business for over 18 years so yes lots of family members have been employed for efficient for many years but the top drivers that have been around for well over 10 years are not all family members. Most drivers first language is Spanish, we don’t discriminate anyone. Anyone who had any issue had the door open for communication so yes they can defend themselves if there was problem. “David” it is unfair that you leave a rating like this when you were never a employee. If you were you should leave your real name and we would have been happy to address and clarify any of your concerns.

We have insurance now, we take pride in how we work and who we work for. Costumer satisfaction and employee satisfaction matters to us. The phone will always be answered when there are questions and concerns. It may seem like a family business but we treat everyone else like family as well, it’s how we work. Efficient!

Worst company to work for if you want a company to pay you 6 hours after doing 10 hours worth of work and offer terrible insurance on top of not getting paid extra for pre load and Efficient expect you to wake up earlier to deliver that pre-load and not get paid extra..while they fill up there pockets for there new GMC trucks.. Stay away most of there Employees are family or don’t speak English so They can’t defend themselves.. And don’t believe Efficient when they say you’ll get paid 20+ An hours it’s a lie it’s actually 15 an hour with terrible health insurance.
