I broke my glasses at work , conveniently this location is across the street so I decided to stop in . The ladies were super helpful , they found my frame right away and replaced it on the spot for me . Saved me the two week wait for new glasses . Thank you !

This is the worst America's best , I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my contacts and I just walk away , couldn't wait any longer. The lady's on the floor just talking and not attending customers

Chris is the best! was extremely helpful and professional, kind, supportive and attentive while assisting me with the selection of my glasses, and checking out process. He explained all products and features. Great customer service!

This is by far the best, Americas best I have ever been to, and Ive been to quite a few. The whole staff is very friendly and very helpful! They made my family, especially my kids feel very comfortable. The manager even brought my baby girl crayons and a coloring book! Speaking of the manager she is very good at what she does and professional and was actually there to look over everything and make sure we were getting the best deal possible! I highly recommend anyone to visit this location if you are in need, theyll definitely take care of you and your family. Shout out to the whole AB team at Cicero!
