Silva Dental Center

This place has rude staff, my son is 3 has get scared to be alone yet they dont let parents. None of the staff was kind to any of the kids there.

I've been coming to Silva for atleast 6 yrs now, probably more, and they've always been great with me and my son. Even when my insurance went out of network, I was still able to see them and they figured out the payments. Dr Latrero is a doll! She's so personable and sweet and always explains everything to me. She remembers small details. Brenda the hygenist, she's super sweet and nice and always gentle. The front desk girls have always been professional & courteous. I'll be bringing my 3 yr old daughter to this office very soon. Dr Latrero says i should bring her in and just let her get a feel for the office and go with the motions. Great office!

I see that I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences here. I went once and they treated me very well, so I came back but this time it was a nightmare and a sheet of paper 9.30 at 10 they took me to the room to do the x-rays 11.30 they took me to the waiting room 11.50 I went back to the room again and until 12.20 they pulled my tooth and that Dr. Silva gave me the anesthesia and left and when I returned it was already gone and I went back to put more anesthesia and I He pulled out the tooth and asked his assistant for things and he didn't know it was true. I don't recommend it and if you cancel an appointment they still charge you 30 dollars.

My 6 year old received a cap, by the next visit there was an infection because they didn't clean properly. Then Silva Dental told us they didn't do the work. Finally, they said "they found the record that they did the work and missed that they needed to pull 2 more teeth now". I usually don't leave reviews but this place is very unorganized, and obviously not that good at what they do.
