If I could rate them zero starts, I would! Be careful bringing ur car to these crooked mechanics. They sold my family three different cars and each one had a transmission fault, my family had to take their vehicles to a transmission specialist because they could NEVER successfully repair them. Point is, they sale lemon cars!; I took my 2019 Ford Escape to get front rotors and break pads replaced, they did a horrible job on the break pads(see attached photos), my tire was wobbly, I could have gotten in a car accident with my baby! -I returned to this shop to demand a reimbursement for the horrible break pads, which they did return my refund. Due to their horrible job, I was forced to repair the left control arm. Left hand side break pad was missing a bracket(dont know the correct term), as you can see in the pictures. Their response was, it could have fallen off. Im aware if the job is done correctly, theres no reason why it should have just simply fallen off! DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE , YOURE BETTER OF GOING TO ANY OTHER SHOP.
