Aritzia

After a second visit to the Rush Street location of Aritzia (Sat, March 23, 2024 at around 4P), I'm convinced that the service there is trash. I've never walked through an entire store, been met with eye contact (and even looked up and down) by store associates and not been greeted or offered any assistance. Most problematically: it seems to be only for some customers that this is true. As I also observed multiple associates stumbling over themselves to assist ONE person. Other reviews here resonate. I'm not sure if this is a reflection of Aritzia company culture or Chicago "Gold Coast" elitism. I hope it isn't a combination of racism (even that which may be internalized by people of color that happen to be store employees) and classism (perceptions of who would be valuable as a customer). Either way, or otherwise, it was a disgusting experience. As well all of the sizing sold by Aritizia is has not been available on the clothing racks at this store during either of my visits (the first was in 7/23). Suffice it to say that my money would be better spent elsewhere. I'm happy to communicate these sentiments with Aritzia as a company with which I have shopped multiple times online.

I came in after a long day of work, and we greeted by such friendly faces. while in the fitting room, Hannah helped me decide which pieces to get. and the did a FABULOUS job pulling items that i didnt even seen on the floor. she was so friendly and cheerful and her style was on point. i cant recommend Hannah enough!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I visited this store yesterday around 7pm, and the service I received was absolutely incredible. Thank you so much to the two girls who helped us! I believe their names were Olivia and Kyla (I may not be spelling that right!). I had no idea what sizes I would be in slacks, blazers, vests, etc., and these wonderful ladies were so helpful in grabbing me different sizes and styles to try on. They truly deserve a raise! Thank you so much :)

I arrived to Aritzia with one hour before closing and the second shift staff where absolutely phenomenal! It didnt take a second time for me to grab another clothing item before a different staff member approached me and kindly asked if they can assist me and get my clothing item to the fitting room. I believe I had about 4 different people asking me if I needed help about every 2 minutes of walking around the store. Also, when I was trying out clothes two different employees went out of their way to constantly make sure that they removed any item that I didnt want and also made sure to quickly grab me the right size. Overall I had probably one of the greatest customer service experience!! Great job! 10/10.
