I am an interior designer and was very pleased with my experience working with the Shade Store. Colette was very helpful and our end product turned out perfectly. One of the shades showed up missing a piece, and The Shade Store was quick to correct the issue. Great customer service. Clients LOVE their new window treatments!!

The Shade Store team is always completely professional, quick to respond to questions and requests and very patient. The design staff member I worked with, Trina, has a great eye for design even without doing an in-home visit which is very convenient, and the installation and measurement process is beyond easy and convenient. From start to finish, every step of the process is easy, efficient, and exceedingly professional.

Waited two years before ordering treatments. Went with shade store because I liked the products. Ordered light filtering for LR and guest and blackout (MB) roller shades. Everything went smoothly until installation. First time, measurements were incorrect for LR window. Second time, same. Third, wrong measurements and wrong shade material sent. When you spend 10k, you expect the service to be top notch. Not my experience at all. A first grader could do a better job. Giving them one more chance since all the other treatments are in but if they screw up this one they can come get their products and shove them you know where.

We had an excellent experience purchasing roller blinds from the Shade Store, and we were in great hands with Collette from the very beginning. The window treatments were just what we needed, and when they required an adjustment, scheduling a prompt return visit was easy. Highly recommend!
