        I called the day before & asked if the order online pick up same day in store was true & correct. I was told yes & I could come the next morning. When I got there after driving 2 hours, they told me the orders online took 24 hours & the hair was not in stock. They were rude & didnt try to offer any solutions. I repurchased hair in store & the bundles are incredibly thin. As a local Chicago business owner I wont return after my experience today. Update: I reached out to customer service & they did nothing lol hence the owners response. After two days the hair was stiff and tangled even though I pre washed the bundles before installation. Wouldnt recommend or buy again.
