Aby and My 3 Meals was exactly what I needed to support my postpartum journey! After having my baby, I found myself a little lost when it came to taking in the proper nutrition I needed. Aby is a great dietitian with a great demeanor to match! When I first started working with her I didn't have a great expectation of what I was getting into, but she very quickly identified several moments in my daily routine and helped set up rules that would help me make better choices. I thought I was intuitive eating but I quickly realized it takes a bit more work than just eating whatever you want whenever you feel like it.
She took the time to focus on my pain points and difficulties posed by ADHD/chronic pain on my everyday and tendencies to emotional eat. I almost never binge eat and have a much healthier relationship with a variety of foods without imposing too much judgement on the foods or any fancy dieting. I find myself moving, sleeping, and eating better in just a few short months -- Thanks, Aby!

Aby is FANTASTIC! She didn't come out and start saying to "stop eating these things, these are bad" or "let's try this dieting trend". She didn't just focus on my complaint of fatigue and the midday crash. She took the time to understand me and my eating habits so that she could tailor a unique plan to my daily routine and lifestyle.
