Ever since working with Maya, I have become so much more aware and knowledgeable about how to help my body get the best nourishment. Growing up as a vegetarian, I always struggled with finding new meals and recipes that were both delicious and healthy. Maya has showed me the way to do so. I was also able to learn about my eating habits and how small, incremental changes can lead to big results. I highly recommend Maya without hesitation. Her knowledge and advice has truly helped me gain a better understanding of what I need to do on a daily basis to live a healthier and happier lifestyle in a realistic manner.

I recently completed Mayas kickstart nutrition program and lost 10 pounds over the past month. Ive never looked and felt better in my life (Im 38). Maya was alongside during the whole journey, supporting me and giving me valuable feedbacks and information. Not only is she a super knowledgeable and passionate dietitian, she also has the most beautiful soul! I am forever grateful for having found her. Her guidance made a real impact in my life and I could not recommend her enough!

I was fortunate enough to find Maya through my girlfriend who had tremendous success with her. Maya has an extraordinary amount of nutritional information and she is very enjoyable to work with (she never makes you feel badly when you have an off day bc shes know were all human). She has developed a really slick Mobile App that makes it easy to communicate, but also tracks your food, exercise, and weight. Maya was most supportive in helping me alter my diet to more healthy substitutes for the things that I enjoy. I would highly recommend May to anyone who is looking to improving their eating habits.

Words cannot describe how amazing it was working with Maya. The last two photos is when I was weighing in at my 170'ws. By the time I started with Maya, i had somehow managed to lose weight after months of trying. MY weight has fluctuated all my life. I started working with Maya right at the end of Oct. By Jan, I was down to my 120s. No gimmicks, no pills, or crazy dieting. I didn't even exercise! (had intended to just didn't have the right tools to do so) Maya helped me find recipes and would adjust them to keep them healthy, listened to my concerns, was there when i needed help the most, helped me learn portion control, AND was an awesome support system to have. She stayed on top me with making sure I was meeting my goals, and motivated me to keep going. I never really knew how helpful it could be to work with a dietician until I was given the opportunity to do so! Maya became my friend and confidant.
