Hello Gema,Thank you for choosing The WSL for your waxing needs, we're happy to hear you have enjoyed your services!We will reach out by email as well but our records indicate you No Showed your appointment on Sat March 2 and were charged the appropriate no show fee according to the policy that was agreed to when scheduling an appointment.For this appointment that was no showed, a 6 hour notice is all that is required to cancel or reschedule, not 24 hrs. We unfortunately received no correspondence from you that you wanted to cancel.Our cancellation policy is very clear, posted first thing on our booking page, and we even encourage not scheduling an appointment unless you are 100% sure you can make the appointment. We allow 24/7 access to our schedule, but we do hold each guest responsible for the appointment they schedule!In order to provide result oriented services in a timely manner, we do have to uphold our cancellation policy, which also protects our Estheticians who make a living off of the guests they see.Sincerely, The WSL Team
