Amazing customer service. Miguel came to inspect the attic and crawl space for mold and didn't use any scare tactics--just calm, straightforward facts. He was very knowledgable and knew that our particular wood was still in good shape and wouldn't necessarily need replacing even though they were discolored (which was our concern). Still awaiting a quote but I really appreciated how he went about things already so I just had to write a review! Thanks Miguel for running such an honest and trustworthy business!

Miguel is knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions regarding mold in the basement. There is so much that people don't know about mold prevention and I am happy he can not only fix the problem but help owners understand how to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend!

This company is the best out there. I have been using them on and off for years. They are truly the best in the business. I always would get competing quotes; Moldman's pricing was always the best value. Even if they increased their prices (which hasn't happened), their responsiveness and honesty would make me keep coming back. I always feel like I get quality work and they're straight on the issue that needs to be addressed. Most recently they helped me locate the source of water damage, ensure there was no growth in my living space, and then installed new drywall. I was very impressed with the level of precision and perfect drywalling they did. I definitely recommend Moldman to anyone who has water damage or evidence of possible mold, especially friends and family. Don't let any possible growth go too long without being checked out and taken care of! The process with Moldman is extremely easy, get it taken care of ASAP.
