LRS Chicago Packers Waste Service, Dumpster Rentals, & Portable Toilets

Everytimetime you call, get a name! They love to just hang up on you when they have done something wrong. When you ask for their name they mumble it or ignore you, so you have to ask for it multiple times. Rachel, Jessica, and another one with the worst attitude will just disconnect the call. Been calling for a week and been on hold for 30+ minutes each time with no one answering. Service was bad before and just getting worse

After taking over our small waste removal company. The service has gone downhill drastically. They have missed pick ups, and they no longer are recycling, even though that's in their name, so basically less service for the same price. All the neighbors are complaining and I had my first experience with her customer service, which is very difficult to get through. They're very curt, they talk right over you and don't attempt try to solve any problems. They definitely do not use any sort of change management when they decide to change these things. Very disappointed. Fortunately we don't have to stay with them and there's plenty of other providers that are offering service for the same or less in the area. It's a no brainer to switch.

Break noise ordinance in the 35th ward of Chicago every week. Even go so low as to cover their license plate to avoid consequences for their illegal, unprofessional behavior. I have several photos and video of evidence and have reported it. Apparently, according to the aldermans office, I'm not the only one who had complained.
