        I've updated my review because while the staff and doctors were so good with my cat, the communication and actually moving forward with a gam plan lacked. Literally days. We were never able to help him and I put about a month and a half into tests and back and forth correspondence here. When he wasn't doing better and I requested that we go ahead with the plan that was supposed to executed days to a week earlier, they then suggested multiple other tests and solutions beforehand, instead of just doing the one that was going to help and the one that had been discussed. They are very sweet here. While he got a bunch of needed tests, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of care and investigation after the tests.
