Im very upset at my experience with this vet service. The first time I went for my 4 month old puppy was great. The vet was very nice and professional. However, the second time I went to update the same puppy on her shots, the vet was VERY rude. I have a Pomeranian/chihuahua mix (a bunch of energy), shes not going to sit still in any situation unless I tell her to. She is a very socialized puppy and is very healthy and happy. When I took her here, the vet acted like my dog was the worst puppy in the world. They were rushing everything to move people through and they administered the dewormer and shot at the same time so obviously my 5 MONTH OLD puppy is not going to be happy or comfortable. She started yelping loudly because she was scared. The vet mustve been frustrated with her loud yelps because she very rudely said as I was leaving with my puppy that the next stop for me was puppy classes and she would not talk to me directly. Very unprofessional and very rude comment to say. Im sure nobodys dog likes being held down by the neck and getting something stuffed in their mouth WHILE at the same time receiving a shot. My puppy is going to Yelp, no need to be rude about it
