I can't call them thieves because I willingly paid for the vehicle. Said had claimed the car just "had some rust" and immorally watched us drive off in a vehicle a mechanic would days later tell us was "suicide" to drive. Upon calling this "dealership" to work something out, my husband was told that the owner wouldn't have anything to do with it. Selling this vehicle to us without disclosing a rusted-out frame is illegal. We were told the only thing holding the frame together was the body of the car. Note to potential purchasers: if you insist on doing business here, have the vehicle inspected BEFORE purchasing and do NOT sign the arbitration agreement (should have been our red flag and is the reason lawyers won't take this case) so you can sue and get your money back.

NEVER SELL ANY PARTS TO THIS COMPANY AND HOPE TO GET PAID! We sold Premier Lux Auto Sales, Mahmoud Kouk, 4 vehicle engines to install into their used cars over a 3 day period. The checks started bouncing on day number 5. All the checks were written on a closed account. I spoke with Sam (Saeed) the general manger and he blamed Mike (Mahmoud) the owner. I spoke with Mike and he blamed Sam. But they did accept and install the engines in their cars. So we could not even get our parts back! First they are out of country then they are in the hospital and no one is available to make the checks good. We have filed an official complaint with the Illinois Secretary of State Police for unethical business practices. They kept the engines they refuse to pay and we are out $5770.00. Be warned you will never be able to collect from this man Mahmoud Kouk he is a liar and a cheat. So if you have to sell them anything I would only accept cash.

Saeed (sam) come see him at Premier Lux auto sale...He tells you the truth about the car and not going to sale you a bogus car like some other car lots do...and he also work with you....Great Sales Person!!!!
