I got my car here in 2016. Sam was very helpful and honest. My car never had any issues after the buy. I was happy with their service so, about 3 years ago I told my cousin to get a car from here too and same thing. No issues with the car. I think for a first car situation they are a good option.

Sheesh! Im looking at reviews for car dealerships so they can help me determine which dealerships I want to go to buy a car based on great customer service, professionalism, and quality of product and this businesss replies on here are just not it man! The way the person behind this companys account is replying is very unprofessional! Blaming the negative reviews claiming theyre all fake accounts?! this is such a huge turn off for new customers looking for a place to buy a vehicle from! If this is how some customers are being treated online, I cant imagine how theyll be treated in person if any inconvenience happens. The good reviews were convincing me to go here but then I stumbled upon the replies to the negative reviews and I was baffled! Theres a more courteous and more professional way to reply. No bueno
Edit: answering to your comment, I never mentioned that I had purchased a vehicle from you guys! I didnt buy a car from you guys because of the replies you guys keep posting to people just giving you guys their review! Thats what made me go to another car dealership which attended all my needs and I was able to purchase my car with them.. You guys need to improve your customer service skills.

I bought a Durango back in October of 2022. I drove the car home and the literal next day had an issue the rack and pinion. They did fix this on their dime and I was happy about that. A month later the water pump blew, come to find out there was a hole in the radiator as well. After that was all set and done I had a tune up done sense my check engine light went off and I had a misfire. Then maybe 2 weeks later now that everything was finally all buttoned up my head gasket decided to say hey Ive been broke for a long time now you just didnt know sense all those other problems we had. So then it was time to fix the head gasket. All together in 7 months I have put 9k into a car I only paid 18k for. On the carfax they gave me stated that THEY put a new water pump in right before I bought it. It blew because it was not put on correctly and the pressure caused it to bust which in tune made my car heat up so bad the head gasket blew. All in all I would never suggest anyone to buy a car from this place.
