This hospital has cause a lot of stress. Had an absolutely terrible experience. Took 3 days of calling to get my prescription sent through to the pharmacy. Medicine that I needed before a procedure that had a 3 month waiting list. I drove back and forth to the pharmacy 5 times (Im not exaggerating) because I was told it would be handled. Finally it got escalated to someone who had to stay on the line with me for 2 hours to finally get it sent through from the doctor. Just absolute lack of compassion from this place. Not sure why I was treated so poorly given the reputation. There are other issues I may want to escalate, but Id rather not make a nurse lose her job. Im on the fence. Please just know the staff may be incompetent in delivering your needs if you go here. Really hurt my heart to be treated like this, not sure why. .
