They claim they do cat rescues! This is a FALSE claim. I have a video of them making a cat fall out of a tree. They showed up with only climbing gear and a reusable shopping bag and was up the tree before we could even ask questions. Had no plan for if that cat was to fall. If they would have had a cat net or the right tools this cat would be home safe but instead it is now lost. Not even a sorry. Last things they said to me was your never going to find that cat.

Heriberto came out promptly and gave a reasonable estimate. However, he struggles with professionalism - pressured me to give him the work when I was clear about getting additional estimates. He completed the job quickly without damaging other property but he finished while I was at work. He began pressuring me to complete payment (only $800 of $5800) payment due on the day the job ended. I told him I needed to ensure all the details were handled, which he assured me they were. Calls and texts. So I gave in and paid the balance. I went to see the job and there were multiple details left undone (one tree stump against masonry not ground, high dead branch not trimmed, multiple small brush not cleared as agreed upon). In spite of repeated calls and texts, in five weeks he has not returned to complete the job. He says he is on other jobs and will get to it when he has the chance. Today I reminded him again and he told me he's no fool and that I am trying to cheat him. Overall the price was reasonable and the quality of the work he did was good. I still cannot understand why he would lose a future customer by not completing the final 5% of the job. He also pressured me to give him a treacherous roofing job and mansplained at me repeatedly. We had a tree fall on the corner of our house one morning during a recent storm. I called EC Tree Service and they sent someone out almost immediately. He provided a very fair price to remove the tree and grind the stump. Even better, they were able to start the work that same day! They had the tree removed by 5pm, and returned the next day to grind out the stump. Superb service.
