        On March 23, 2023 i called this travel agency to inquire about an international flight. I was transferred to a representative, possibly owner of the agency. She first answered rudely and unfriendly. After informing what I was looking for, before I could conclude she stated in an even more unfriendly and dismissive manner, 'I don't do that, I only book entire packages.' As i was about to thank her for her time I was hearing the dial tone. Worst experience.

        Suzanne is amazing! She planned our honeymoon for us and everything was magical. She even gave us added perks, including a fast pass at the airport and a dinner at our resort on her! She has been a great friend and did a wonderful job staying in communication with us to ensure our trip was everything we dreamed of and more. Thank you Suzanne!
