I have always used CBY since i can remember. United Airlines cancelled our trip from SEA to HRE when we were just checking in at the airport on Dec 8th. They re-booked us another flight for the next day but Carlo discovered they did not book us all the way to Harare :( It Ended up with the Bride & Groom being left out with no flight and the family split on different flights. I had called Carlo late Friday night on his emergency # and he was able to find us another flight after a long long search. He came through and had to work on Saturday to make things happen for us. :)
