Lakeshore Learning Store

I was on a mission to find jumbo dice. I went two places before Lakeshore Learning and was disappointed. I called Lakeshore Learning and spoke with Rozalyn. Best customer service Ive received in years. She was so patient, positive and eager to help me find what I needed. When I got to the store, she had everything ready for me at the desk. Such a friendly and pleasant person. The store was cute, clean and colorful. The dice were good quality and just what I was looking for. My whole experience was 5/5. Thanks Rozalyn!

The two ladies working this evening went above and beyond to make this a great and easy experience for me. We had an emergency occur at our facility and I needed a list of items before they closed this evening. Mind you, I got there about 30 min before they closed. I had each items item number so she was able to search each item and find it in the store or order it online to have it shipped to our school. I didnt end up leaving until 7:45pm and they had to close at 7pm. They didnt kick me out until we had every single item on my list. PLUS they double checked my list to make sure we had everything. All in all, you rarely find people that are willing to go out of their way for you and they did just that. I appreciate the both of you for going the extra mile for me!!!!

Pretty much done going to this location. Today was the final straw. I use my lunch breaks to come here and grab things and they just never seem to have any sort of system for running things smoothly. Today I stood waiting for 30 minutes to buy bulletin board paper while a charter school staff ran wild around the store and were the only priority for staff checking through out. They clearly had some sort of grant and were getting free stuff, so why not dedicate two registers to them and the other to regular shoppers?? I asked could I check out and they told me to wait while the school staff with the grant ran around adding more and more to their orders, monopolizing the checkout lines. And the manager just stood around looking bewildered. I wasted my break and still dont have them materials I needed. Not happy.
