First American Title Insurance Company

Please provide me with an email someone will respond to regarding a claim. Over an hour wait time for no one to answer on a daily basis is unacceptable.

This company is horrible. They don't deserve one star. The reps are rude sounds like they are sleep everything you call. Reps have no idea they only reply with let me put you on hold and try to reach someone. You are on hold for than 1 hour whenever you call the company. The claim adjusters are horrible had an accident on the 9th of this month , the claim adjuster just called on the 26th. Talked with me for 5 min and stated he would call on Tuesday here it is Wed and no phone call. He never answer the phone . BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is the worst experience with any insurance company I've dealt with!!! Long hold times ( I MEAN HOURS!!) Wrong information was given to me multiple times. Currently a new customer(Canceling soon), had an accident on March28, and still I have no idea what's going on with my claim. Two different agents hung up on me after I waited hours to speak with them. I was rear- ended by a police officers car with my children in the vehicle and the agent said to me you will be at fault !! This is extremely stressful for myself and my children!!!
