Whatever you do, DO NOT SHOP here! This store is a scam! First of all I went to the store several times to make a decision of the tiles. Each time they were trying to rush or just ignored us while we roamed through the store. The day we finally decided on the tile, the girl told me she would send an estimate of cost. Never did. I ordered the tile over the phone and they charged the credit card but never emailed a receipt. My daughter seen the charges on her credit card but no actual receipt from store. The charge was over 1k. We went back to store to return some samples, and I had to ask the girl for receipt otherwise they would have never gave one! This receipt was close to 1600, so even more than the charges on the credit card. They just kept charging the credit card without providing an estimate or receipt! The order we gave them was large, over 10 boxes of 12x24 tiles made in Italy. The bathroom we are remodeling is very small so the big tiles wont work and are too many. I tried to call because the return policy on Edgebrook Tile online says, returns within 14 days. The girl who answered told me its special order so they cannot take them back! Really? The store is so tiny, they carry no stock in the store because everything is special order! She was trying to lie and say she told me several times there was no returns. That is NOT TRUE! They never once told us anything about no return! I went to that store at least 5 times with no mention! They sit in their office, chatting and eating and dont even give you attention while youre in the store! They basically act like youre bothering them! Then even after I gave them a sale and I called back to order the bullnose trim for the tile, that owner Oscar answers the phone and says, what do you need, Im really busy with a cocky attitude! After I hung up on the girl who said it was no return, i got a message left from Oscar saying to call him. I tried to call today and all he did was scream and hang up on me! Thats how you treat customers who gave you a 1600 dollar order? I tried to support my local business instead of going to a big tile store but I made a huge mistake! At least the big tile stores will take your extra boxes of tiles back or returns in general. I am going to file official complaints against this store! They have other bad reviews for same thing. I should have paid attention to them. To reply to his review. I never used profanity!!!!! These people are liars! Oscar was yelling the entire time! Doesnt even let you get one word in! I do not have any invoice , they never went over anything. They were supposed to email the estimate, etc, and never ever did! I leave true reviews! I never stayed after hours, thats another lie! I left at closing time one day, big deal! I couldnt decide. Good thing I never order zelige from this place! I took my business else where! The daughter didnt want to help she kept acting like we were bothering her! Terrible store and the owner is NOT nice! Theyre liars!!!

The best tiles store on Chicago , evrything is quality , the tiles best brands ,costumer service great , family own business , friendly people .

Despite being given the tile order in several different ways and instances, they screwed up my tile order and now Im having to change my entire design plan. I will never use this supplier ever again and will make sure to tell everyone I know who is remodeling to steer clear of this company. Unacceptable. This has caused such a headache and extra money.

A great place to select and buy or order tile. The proprietor is a friendly and excellent knowledgeable source for all your stone & tile needs.

No response, no return calls, texts, email- We went in to look at tile, found what we liked but he did not have it in stock, would check. Returned to store, Oscar wasn't in. The young woman took my name, info & tile brand/name w/ promise of call back. Crickets. 4 days later I call back and spoke to yet another young woman & was told, "no problem", I'd get a email or text w/ the cost on the tile the following day(Thus). It's now Sunday-nothing-crickets. Wanted to give this neighborhood shop business & liked his ratings/reviews(older). But if they can't do the most basic..... It seems like they're flying by the seat of their pants in there. No way will I have remodelers waiting on tile or wondering if it will come in. Your response is ABSOLUTELY false! You had our phone numbers and did not call either one of us. We stopped by 2x's and told we'd get a phone call on a specific tile & availability, we waited. Nothing. You must be thinking of someone else.
