This place is a waste of space. Nobody ever goes here. They should just knock it down and extend the much needed parking lot

I love the style that Porcelanosa offers. The first pic is my half bath I had renovated earlier this year. The other pics are things I am considering for another bathroom. Steve was really great to work with! He was efficient and followed through even when I needed to order extra tile. I am an experienced real estate broker and have completed my own projects and have heard from my clients and I know there are many delays on products. This has been an issue for the past few years. In this current market I completely understand and know patience is a virtue. Thanks for everything Steve and I will be back in a couple of weeks to visit you for the 40% off sale!

This a lovely showroom, but do not be naive enough to think that you will be able to buy actual products from this company. My wife and I spent an hour looking at floor and backsplash tiles and ordered samples of two tiles. A week later, we had no tiles and no communication. I called the rep, Steve, and found out that they had no sample tiles in stock, which is why they were never sent. He never bothered to let us know. He also said he had no idea of whether the company had any inventory of the tiles we liked. So, this visit was a total waste of our time. Luxury goods without the luxury service.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful show room. My husband and I bought our first home and saved for years to be able to renovate. I walked through the showroom and placed an order a month later for our two-bathroom reno. The eta of the products that I was given was unrealistic. When one of the items, our bathtub, was on backorder, the delivery company came by without notifying me. The sales person David at Porcelanosa then tried charging me a FEE for rescheduling. Poor customer service. We are now 1.5 years post reno and the Krion sink toppers are BENDING. The drain covers that appeared to be high quality, went from straight to curved in ONE year. I contacted them for replacement or support and it took Sal several MONTHS to send me a replacement. Not to mention he sent it to the wrong address, and not the address I had given for all other previous shipments. Always fun tracking things down through DHL. He also claimed several of these items were defective that were sent to customers, and I truly hope the issue was resolved so I don't ever have to contact them again.

I went there just to look around after exhausting hrs of going to tile stores and had kinda gotten tired of the same old style designs. I am so glad I went because even my contractor is so happy working with such beautiful tiles and the end result. I needed tiles for 7 bathrooms and I am not a very creative person so I could only pick for couple of the bathrooms from the showroom, but I am glad the first person I talked to there was David Smith and he picked the tiles for the rest of the bathrooms and 4 kitchen backsplashes and fireplaces. Ive never had encountered such a high level of professionalism from the moment I talked to David until we received the tiles. The moment I walked in there I knew I couldnt go back to the other places. I was a bit worried at first cuz after all they were coming from an entire other continent but this company did an amazing job at packing them where there were no broken ones or problem with them bc it takes quite a bit to get other ones. They came around the promised time. Worth every penny after seeing just two of the bthrs almost done.
