        Something has to be done about the wait time. Was there a week ago and waited over 2 hours. After a hour a driver showed up but passed me over and took a lady and her child. They were going to the far south side I was literally a 15-minute ride or less from Sureway. I don't know if there's a shortage of drivers drivers not showing up for their shift or what. Mr push needs to do something about the outrageous wait times
