Worst place ever. I used them for my taxes for several years snd came to find out from the Stsre of IL that they never filed my 3014 IL state taxes. When I called to ask for a copy of the taxes since I hadnt kept them, the manager/supervisor never called me back. I had to call several times to get an appointment. Of course, their onsite records did not go back to 2014.
The manger/supervisor called back after I met with him and told me they needed to charge me for a copy of the return they did for me. Supposedly this was because I was no longer a client, even though I had been one for several years. Outrageous! He was also incredibly rude when I protested the fee. Find yourself a good CPA instead. H&R Block is a giant rip off and does not stand behind the taxes they prepare for you.

Was treated rudely I was told I could not be helped and should go to another location this was at the location on 35th street in Chicago IL the female preparer was very unhelpful
