She is professional, very knowledgeable, pays attentions to details, knows the tax laws, shows empathy, and ensured the process of tax filing went smooth and had a great experience. She even looked at last years tax return to see if I need to amend since the law had some changes after I filed prior years . Turns out I qualify for getting back more money !!
