        I've been doing my taxes at this same location with the same tax person since I was 26. Today I called and the receptionist lack of knowledge just made them loose me as a client. I stated I'd like to make an appointment with Rosa she said the last name I said yes she then stated we don't have a Rosa hete for years I stated myself my son and gather we just did our taxes there with her last year she laughed and said well I've been here fir years n no we don't. Ignorant person with no education and a snarky attitude. Great way to loose clients giving incorrect info.
