I have been using TurboTax on my own for as long as I have been filing my income taxes. This past year was different with my small family becoming condominium owners... Anvi was so easy to work and communicate with. It starts out with the first contact - the group set a schedule and kept the appointment. The intake call was easy to understand and I walked away with my next steps. The whole process was so easy with Anvi on our side. With the exception of some delays getting some organizations TAX IDs or EINs, Anvi was able to file quickly I received by refund within a week. A WEEK! I will be coming back next year. Gone are the days of filing on my own using TurboTax!
