    The worst. Sent me the wrong supplies and now I cant ever talk to anyone to get it fixed. Left messages, email- crickets. And the hours are strange. The automated phone system is terrible.

    Dont ever expect someone to answer the phone or email you back. All you can do is reorder, reorder or reorder. They will remind you of that repeatedly. Buy your CPAP supplies from anyone else.

    Used to be decent service thru their phone portal. Lately the auto call acts like I never typed in my birth date even i did. Try calling this place it is impossible. I say fire the bean counters and whoever is in charge of this idiotic system. One filter I am supposed to get every six month it has been over a year. Asked for it several times never got it. Who the hell is in charge over there? I sure wish I had your number so I could tell you what i think of this system. Try using people once in awhile even if somethings are automated. It is impossible to reach anyone. Why don't you have a minus star i hate to give you a one star.

    Completely non-responsive to inquiries about billing, insurance, or supplies. No one ever answers the phone or returns emails. Does not send equipment nor supplies that have been requested. Go somewhere else for your supplies.

    Warning: Watch your billing with this company. They continue to bill after completion/termination of series and equipment. I was required to sign a discontinuation of services and they have billed my insurance and for 4 additional month. Very difficult to talk to anyone who can resolve their error. Lots of finger pointing at other department, with no resolve. Nightmare!
