Dr Kasprowicz is very professional and always on time when I visit. She checks with me before preparation for a procedure. She tells me how short it will be. Before I know it it's time to 'suit up' and wait for post procedure care explanaion. Thank you very much for such quality care, Dr Kasprowicz. Gerald Minter

The facility was very clean, and the front desk people were very nice. That's the reason they have two stars. So I've been having skin issues for years. And I could never afford to get them taken care of. Cuz I could never afford good insurance and I never had a real doctor in my entire life. And I finally in my early thirties had a doctor. And they referred me to this facility. So I contact them. I set up an appointment, they asked me my insurance, I told them what it was. Everything soon to be going well. So I arrived there and I get up to the desk and they tell me that they don't take my insurance. And that I would have to pay out of pocket and so already I'm just heart sank because I can't afford this. But I desperately wanted to get these things looked at. Because they've been in growing issue for years. So I say okay. Let me spend my money that I can't afford to spend right now to get some care. So I get taken back there and one of the first things the nurse does is notes that I don't have the proper insurance. And after that moment the dismissal I got from both the nurse, and then once the doctor came in. The first thing she did was verify that I didn't have the right insurance. And then my God the level of disrespect I felt. I even mentioned to this doctor how that when my PTSD is going off I end up scratching my scalp to the point that it's bleeding all over the place and causing it to be worse. And I would have gotten more care and respect out of an AI that I could send photographs to. My God. I was almost in tears as I left. I've overcome so many things and wanted to blow my brains out for years. And I'm just trying to get my life fixed and get this skin thing taken care of so it can stop causing me pain. Even if I get insurance I'll never go back to this facility. I felt so disgusted after I left. I had to spend hours of my time earning that money that I spent. I look forward to the day when AI will replace that doctor. Because then people might actually have a standard quality of care. I guess I just didn't make enough money to earn care.
