        I visited the state street location in Chicago.Upon checking out I noticed that my total was much more than anticipated. I had some items that were tagged as on sale. When I asked the associate to verify the prices with me I notice that he removed the sale stickers. So I told him that the items are on sale I got them off of the sale rack and you could clearly see the sale sticker was removed. He called for the MOD. The MOD confirmed that the item is in the sale section and tagged. The MOD then came over to adjust the price on the register then he states that someone mistagged the items and its regular price. Last time I checked the customer should not be responsible for employee mistakes and the price that is on items should be honored. Terrible experience and worse customer service.
