    TL;DR: The manager -Satya- was extremely condescending/rude to me for no reason, then tried to act all nice once I mentioned writing a poor review. So I had a strange interaction here. I work in one of the nearby stores, and my coworker, who had left for the day, thought she lost her keys in the parking lot. She called this store to see if anyone had dropped off any lost keys. I don't know how her conversation went, but she then asked me to walk over to ask if any lost keys were dropped off. So I walked over, and when I tried to ask if any keys were dropped off, the man (I assume the manager whose name is Satya i later fpund out) spoke to me in a very hostile form. I was taken aback by his hostility since I presumed he was aware of my coworker's call to their store and her situation. But no he spoke to me like I was some sort of thief trying to steal keys. I later stepped aside to call my coworker to get the specifics of the keys; while I was doing this I noticed how this worker interacted with other costumers, and there was a drastic difference. He did not speak in a hostile tone or speak down to anyone. Eventually, my coworker texted me back to tell me that she found her keys. So it seemed to be just a mistake, and as I relayed this message to the same man at this store. He interrupted me before I finished to say "then these weren't your keys" again in that same loud, harsh tone with a glare. I left feeling like I pissed him off. After I got off work, I decided to go back into this location to get this man's name in order to write a review of my interaction. After I asked for his name, I told him I was going to write a review of my experience here to which he just smiled and laughed like he didn't care. I then told him that his costumer service towards me was very bad. In response, he tried to play it off like he was never rude to me and just following staff policy. I completely understand that company policy is strict about these things, but my issue was with how he treated/spoke to me. He also tried to say that he spoke to me in that way since it was "very" busy, but firstly when I first came in, there was no one in the store but me. And secondly, it was way busier when he was helping the costumer I mentioned above but he was treating her perfectly. Before I left, he had the audacity to try to shake my hand and wish me a good day like I was not just disrespected several times by him. Like I work in a service that requires me to treat customers with respect at all times, so I was shocked to be treated like this. The other workers were very polite, but since he was the one in charge of the store, I had to deal with him.
