The UPS Store

Dropped off Next Day Air package that needed to arrive by 12pm. However, even though I dropped off the package before the final pick-up time, the package was not handed off and was not delivered until the following business day. This negligence cost my company a potential project contract since it was not delivered by the guaranteed time and date. Very disappointed with this branch and would not recommend anyone drop off any packaged that need to be delivered promptly.

Physically drop off Amazon return at UPS store and employee generates a label. 4 days later UPS says it has not shipped. UPS customer service says they can't help and go back to the store. Why does this store have so many "Lost" or never shipped items? UPS needs to examine this store practices and employees of this franchise. Go to another UPS store if you need anything shipped/ returned to Amazon if it is not packaged.. Amazon says not to package so they can consolidate a ship container but employees now see the items you return and they somehow never get shipped and they can't find it. Updated: 2 weeks later and still only "label created". Went to store and they said "they ship out hundreds of boxes" assured me that "it was shipped and Amazon just hasn't opened the box" - what a lie. UPS corporate said the franchise handles. I asked them to check as multiple people have the same problem with not having their items shipped out for Amazon returns as the UPS store is supposed to put them into a large box for returns and employees see exactly the products being returned. Let Amazon know that the return is "stuck" at UPS and to escalate.

I have a need to use this location 4-5 times a year. I find the employees here to be very helpful, even when things are busy. It fills a need for our neighborhood and am thankful that they are here, greeting customers with a smile and doing things to make their day a bit easier.
