Tammy was incredible to work with. I was doing a very stressful move with my college age daughter. Tammy helped me stay calm and was a joy to work with. The facility was clean and professional. I highly recommend.

I was very happy with my experience at this location. The facilities were always clean, temperature controlled, and well lit. During business hours, the employees were always friendly and easy to work with. There are some quirks to the loading and unloading area, such as limited access to the parking lot and the in premises dollies being kept indoors at all times, but these issues can be overcome. It's a well run location and when it comes to storage facilities, the less hassle, the better.

I booked a storage unit online and went in to finalize my selection. Miss Tammy and Isiah were so attentive at helping with my storage selection. By focusing on what I need they were able to find me a storage unit closer than the one I had and for a very good price that I was happy to pay. I hope to have to ever store anything again, but if I do. I'm coming back to this location at 1650 W Irving Park. Thank you both again
