We were looking for a Surveillance Cameras and Secured Doors Entry with Access Control and Programmable Key Fobs Access. After evaluating our options in Chicago - We decided to go with Forbel. This was a great choice as Dimitrii, Vlad, Daria and the whole Forbel team service was beyond our expectations. First, the firm provided a 2 free estimates in 1 day, one for a budget and one for a "fancy" option to choose from, that allowed us to get comfortable with a job. Side Note : The final price never went above the estimate and there were no "hidden charges". Second, guys took their time to educate us on a latest trends in security and explained features that would come with products. Third, the timing was great as the whole job were completed in 2 weeks and the crew spent 2 full days at our office making sure all wiring and installation done right and BY THE CODE as building have strict requirements. Forth, technical support team walk us thru the set up and ensure we know how to use and operate the system. We had questions as we were learning the software and they were able to answer all of it with Zoom and Remote Access. Overall we are highly satisfied with Product and Services Forbel provided and would defiantly recommend for anyone looking for a Security Solution to give them a call.

Forbel Alarms installed a video intercom and key pad at our facility and provided excellent service. Installation staff were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. Office staff answered all of our questions and were attentive to our specific needs. We would readily hire Forbel again for future installations.

Igor and Ralph from Forbel alarms completed a fairly tricky installation of our ButterflyMX Smart Intercom system in Feb 2022 and they did an excellent job. Every step of the way they were courteous, understanding, technical and determined. Our installation required running wires through a mix of commercial and residential spaces in our building, each over long-ish distances and hard to access areas. Would definitely recommend them to others for security/access related installs, and we hope to do more work with them in the future!
