We have used Gabriel Enterprises for years and everything has been great until our last order. We recently took 16 jackets to be embroidered for our company right before New Years. He was out of town, but we told the staff that we would pick them up after the new year. I had the flu so when he had called me to pick them up, I didn't see the call. I called back the next week and scheduled a time to pick them up. When we showed up he was confused that we were there and he was about to leave but that was the time he told me to be there. Then after we got the jackets, I noticed that he only charged me for 15 jackets and that one was missing. We also had one jacket that the logo was stitched over the pocket and it was not good, but we were willing to let that pass. I emailed him about the missing jacket and he called and left me a voicemail claiming that we didn't do inventory right before we brought them in, which is not true, we did and we even emailed about 16 jackets. He also was mad because he said he had the jackets done before Christmas, which is also not true because we dropped them off right before New Years. He also seemed very defensive about them not stealing the jacket, which I was never accusing them of, I just thought that maybe it was misplaced. But based on his not so nice voicemail, it looks like we may have to go somewhere else for embroidery.

Gabriel's is fantastic. I get my business uniforms printed here, and they do a great job and very fair pricing. They also are very quick and they do embroidery for hats. Highly recommend.

I had an overall good experience with Gabriel until i wasn't satisfied with one of the designs. I still wanted to work with him because he really does great work but he stop communicating with me and now i have to find another printer in the middle of my peak season. It's unfortunate that you're not able to have a respectful profession disagreement without having to cut business ties with out announcement of the ties being cut. The customers aren't always right but neither is the owner. That's my take away from this experience. Still wish Gabriel the best because his quality and products are undeniable

Not good ...have to pay for a complete set up with other printer for tee shirts....not reliable...person quit no one to run machines.....
