I strongly discourage using Sharprint for your printing needs. My experience with them was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. The plates they used to clean their equipment were not properly cleaned, resulting in someone else's design being burned into my own design. This mistake affected all 270 of my shirts, rendering them unusable. When I reached out to Sharprint to address the issue, they promised to provide a credit on my next order as compensation. I gave them a second chance to redeem themselves, However, they failed to honor this commitment. Moreover, when I asked them to rectify the situation and treat me fairly, Alain started displaying an attitude towards me. The only resolution he offered was a mere $70 discount on shipping costs, which was inadequate and did not address the substantial damage done to my shirts. To make matters worse, over 150 of the women's shirts were stretched out at the bottom, resulting in an unflattering and boxy appearance. I am unable to ship these shirts to my customers due to their poor quality and appearance. The lack of quality control at Sharprint is evident, and their numerous promises turned out to be empty. Furthermore, many shirts had ink stains and misprints, making the entire experience even more disheartening. This ordeal has been a complete waste of time, money and resources, as I ordered nearly 400 shirts to be printed by Sharprint. As a result of this terrible experience, I will NEVER use Sharprint again.
