Rude on the phone. Didnt want to deliver to my location which was 3/4 of a mile away. He said to call other closer locations and that I WILL NOT DELIVER THERE!! I called that location specifically because it had better ratings than the other jimmy johns that were a little closer. Maybe they lower ratings.

So I come here pretty much every day for lunch and my order is always prepared properly and quickly they have never made a mistake and they always greet me with a warm and positive attitude
And the one time I had an issue they spent the time to understand what the problem was and turns out it was my fault and they explained clearly where the error occurred
Overall I love this jimmy John's the staff is the best
