Senior Suites of Central Station

Hello. Maybe it's too soon to write a review about this building, but after living here the past 20 days, I am happy with the place. The staff is caring & sincere about the things that concern inside * outside the bldg. We do need a maintenance person every day

The renters let in the homeless. The renters allow the homeless to urinate and fecate in the hallways. Yells at staff to put in public bathrooms. The renters break and cause excessive wear and tear with the homeless. Than complain the place is run down.

The front office mainly Latasha is a foul mouth that confront elderly residents and calls them filthy names. I witnessed this last week when visiting my mother. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

I lived here for 4 years, at first it was nice but after four months it went down hill fast. They were no better than slum lords. The property manager was changed about every six months. The last was Latasha, she had nothing fixed and was very rude, I moved four months ago. Only thing done was increase the rent every year. Stay away from this place.

Building is poorly managed. Tenants let random homeless people in the building and seedy characters hanging around as if waiting for their next victim.
