They need to upgrade their phone system is very outdated is it hard to reach your loved ones! Other than that its wonderful I want to move in myself but it's an emergency I don't think so seriously management really needs to invest in a better phone and call center if it's going to be 24 hours have the patience to have access to their family ones for 24 hours regardless if they have a cell phone or not Aman!

I got to know the staff here and they are special people. The CNA, social worker, laundry, and therapy are very helpful. I'm glad I chose Astoria for my recovery.

The service provided was excellent. All of the staff was helpful and accommodating. I've been in other facilities before and this one was definitely the best. The nurses and CNAs took good care of me and I had a personal and respectful relationship with them. Thank you for helping me recover!
