AVR rental was closed and we were not informed. Wasted half day trying to get in touch with them. Eventually ended up paying more to rent from another agency. Horrible service.

Great rental, excellent van and service. I had no issues renting from AVR. Last min rental based on price, and it worked out well. Unlimited mileage if you have non-IL drivers license, decent quality vans, and solid service. Plus a rerun shuttle all the way back to MDW on my departure. Sure there are other rough reviews out there, but do your homework, and give them a try. Im glad I did, and will rent again.

This is the worse rental car place ever. Please refrain from using this company, theyre scam artist. My rental documents were altered, indicating I returned a damaged vehicle....my credit card was charged and recharged after I returned the vehicle with no damage. I informed my credit card company of this fraud, only to have this company resubmit an additional charge on a later date....on top of that, I was given a soiled vehicle with the engine light on and was told to drive it and it would eventually disappear. Dont learn the hard way!!!!
