Not only that, hes so reasonably priced, you may wonder is he any good? Have no worries! I can personally attest to his work ethic and professionalism.       Thanks for the kind words. Always try to be courteous on the first interaction with a third party, but if a third party to the sale transaction is delaying the process by not doing what is needed, I have no problem "hounding" the person to get what is needed to close. And, best of all, I represent sellers for only $99.Chuck
