This was my first time buying a condo and Rich had a lot of issues with the buyer, he took care of everything!
There was a language barrier, credits for things that had to be repaired and an attorney/title company change during the contract phase, Rich was on top of every issue immediately, updates whenever they happened, it doesn't matter what the price range is, if your buying or selling I strongly suggest using Rich. He excided expectations! Again Rich and his team worked hard, very professional and got the deal done.

Emina was 100% VITAL to us during this home buying experience! We were very nervous as first time home buyers and a bit clueless but she kindly walked us through all aspects of the process from start to finish. I truly can't imagine someone better to go through this process with. Even when we ran into an issue where our first mortgage lender didn't work out due to closing timeline requirements, Emina quickly got us in contact with someone who expedited the process. Asia was so helpful in helping me secure my first investment property. Being a new investor, you need someone who can run numbers and negotiate the best price. With the market being the way it is, prices being extremely high, it didnt discourage her. My investment property was listed for $380K and we got it for $295k.
