I used Cross Street for my apartment search and think they do an excellent job in finding what tenants are looking for. Alyssa Hoffman helped me with my search and she could not have made the search easier. She took the stress out of finding a place to live. Selima Dougadir To start, Ive toured a ton of apartments in Chicago during my hunt and in that time Selima was a clear stand out. From the moment I met her for my tour, she had a very warm, friendly, and approachable energy and I instantly felt that I was in good hands. At first, I was taking my time exploring my rental options, and when I was ready to commit, the unit I was looking at got rented. At that time she told me she would inform me when additional options came available. She truly did keep me at the top of her list and let me know the moment a unit in the building became available. At the end of the day, she helped me find my perfect apartment and I really did feel like I was a priority for her the entire time. Selima also is a great communicator and was super fast at replying whenever I had a question. Selima is also extremely patient. Never once did I feel like I was bothering her with questions. Its clear that she truly enjoys helping people find their next home. On top of this, she was extremely educated on the property, the units themselves, and the entire process from tour to finalizing the rental app. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Selima. In my recent many experiences, she is the GOLD STANDARD in which all other brokers should follow. Cross street should feel extremely lucky to have Selima on their team. I am thrilled that I am able to give my business to her.
