They managed my most recent apartment and they did a poor job. We had issues with a neighbor that went on for months (it took multiple complaints and emails to management to get any assistance).
Additionally, they didn't let tenants know when any kind of work was being done on the property nor do they give any estimate. One day I woke to a giant hole being dug right next to my outdoor parking spot, and no one could provide a completion estimate or any additional information (and meanwhile I had an unsafe, deep open hole that i had to carefully maneuver around every day).
Security in their buildings is also questionable. I had multiple packages stolen from the lobby. There is a camera, or at least they claim there is, but when i requested help and provided a literal 10 minute time frame where I know something was taken, my multiple requests were completely ignored.
Stay away and find better managed places with better communication and security.

Bill customer service was superior and he found me a very nice apartment that Im going to love! Definitely recommend this realty group!!!
