Been working with this Agent from Home Target Realty for years now. I use Julie basically for every property I buy and every property I sell. I'm saving at least 3% of commission by using her company, compared to other agents. Smooth transactions every time! Also every property I sell, sells fast and right on the money. This agent has a previous experience in construction which is a big plus when it comes to buying.

We are repeat clients of Julita. We worked with her on the purchase of our rental condos and she always helps us find and screen tenants when the units become available. She has also sold our previous house and represented us on the purchase of our current house. In every transaction she made us feel like we were her priority. She is very hands on and we are clients of hers for life.

I am extremely pleased with this company. I was selling my 2 bedroom condominium and needed someone to take charge of the entire process so I didn’t have to take time off. Julie was recommended by a close friend of mine and she was great! There was so much involved and she was always on top of things, communicating with me all the time and following up with all potential buyers; the closing with all its paperwork was smooth; she negotiated and I’m pretty happy with the outcome!
