This past Saturday, we went to open house for 4900 N Kenmore Ave, # 1N, Chicago. The listing agent is Jeffrey. When we got there and called, Jeffrey answered and asked us to wait outside. It was freezing cold that day. The real feel was probably negative 15 to 20. My 79 and 75 year old parents had tagged along as they were excited and the place looked really promising. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, and by this time there was another group waiting with us outside, Jeffrey comes out and says he doesnt have time to show this unit but will walk us over the new building next door! After I attempted to mention him that we came to see that particular unit on an open house and waited outside in freezing cold, he rudely answers that we can leave if we dont want to see the other place. We drove 30 minutes and waited outside in cold and we didnt even get to see the place we came to see that was supposed to be having open house! This is bad planning, rudeness and outright no thought or care for others. Very disappointed!

Do not do business or trust Sondrida Beinaryte. She likes to go beyond just selling houses but especially to men. She likes to sell herself to married men and get paid under the table through cash app as if its business but sells her services to any man who will give her money. Shes been having an affair with a man whos been married 37 years just to make some side money because apparently shes not getting paid enough at Baird.
