The agents were very professional and courteous. They found an apartment for us within 2 weeks in one of the neighborhoods that we wanted. The service is wonderful for people with bad or good credit. It made it easier for us to knowing that we were pre-approved and didn't need to spend too much time touring and filling out applications.

This process moves along very quickly. I was in a tough situation and needed to relocate fast and the staff (primarily Robert) communicated and acted very quickly and efficiently. This service is certainly recommended for anyone who is super busy, who wants to protect their credit, or who is simply in a rough situation. They basically do the work for you and find you potential rentals based on your income and criteria and then you select the one that works for you. Great service

The most disappointing experience of my life. I was highly expectant that this company would Honestly and professionally aide me in finding my first apartment. The meeting I had with Robert initially went well. He mapped out how the the process works and was allowing me to pay the initial leasing fee in two increments. Once I got done paying their fee, he quickly handed my case off to another leasing agent Roderick (RJ) who seemed as if he had no clue what he was doing. Out of the 12 zip codes I gave him listing the areas I would like to live he only found 2 offers in areas that were not safe. The first offer I explained to him that I am familiar with that area and not comfortable living there. Yet he still found a second offer in the same area forgetting that I told him I was not interested. He was extremely nonchalant and catty with our conversations. It took him days to respond to my messages if he even responded at all! He found me another offer in a building that was run down. He was the one to show me the unit, and he showed up late. And I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for him to figure out the lock code to enter the premises. I declined that offer and his response was well what dont you like about it? On two occasions I was unpleased with the offer; which by the way is adequate because I am investing my money into this service and I would be the one living in the unit provided, and his responses on both occasions emphasized that offers are hard to come by as if hinting that I was being too picky. Maybe this company works for people looking for actual homes, or with a higher maximum rent amount. All in all the entire experience was a complete run around And basically a rip off. They took my $950 and lagged around in finding me a place.Save yourself the trouble and go to another agency. Thanks for nothing

I guess I have too high of standards, although I never expected 360TenX to find an offer for a luxury apartment. I never even asked to stay in prominent neighborhoods. Some of the zipcodes I asked to be searched were Bridgeport, Pilsen, Humboldt Park or near the UIC campus and I was told my max budget of $900 for a one bedroom (open to see a studio) was near impossible. First offer was some morbid room in an unfinished basement. I rejected the next two offers because I either was able to see the building or neighborhood on google maps and those places didnt look safe. Second and last offer I agreed to see was much better than the first, but still not what I expected. See photos I posted. I met with 360TenX once and paid them $1,100. I just dont think the customer service I received and offers I was presented was worth that. You live and learn. Someone reminded me you never pay for a service before they deliver. I guess Im just out $1,100. Heres the last message I received from 360TenX: . . Hi Deonte, there seems to be a disconnect with what you want vs. what is out there on the market. I did a little research on the zip codes you provided and none of those areas even had an apartment renting for under $1,000. This is just public inventory and it doesn't even take into accountour network of landlords that we work with. With that being said your case is very complicated and too put it bluntly the number of options you have available to you is very low. Low credit alone is more than enough to keep many landlords at bay into even thinking about giving you a chance for an apartment. Then you add to the fact that you only want to live in specific areas that are in your budget of $900 that are also "decent" and fairly up to date. Once you combine all these factors into yourcriteria you get what becomes a needle in a haystack as we don't just find you apartments but actual pre-approvals. Which we were successful with as we ended up finding you 4 offers in total so far, 2 of which were in your zip code originally that you rejected sight unseen. The other two you said where sub-parbut you did not follow the contract and submit any pictures of those apartments. Based on your description it really sounds like you are just nitpicking and you don't have a sense of what an $800 or $900 budget will get you in those areas even with you being pre-approved through our system. As for an in-person meeting, we can accommodate that if you consent to us recording the entire conversation as we will need to verify both what you and I say so we can both be held accountable. Also, we've helped 100's of renters in the past with tougher situations and most if not all of them were very happy with the service but you are claiming that you are being scammed when we've done nothing but fight to get you offers. At this point, we can just stop the service and let you figure it out on your own as we've not only satisfied our end of the agreement but we have also gone above and beyond.
